To design the casing and monitor the visual integration of the various components of the Eocyle wind turbine by facilitating assembly and maintenance, while ensuring optimal energy efficiency.
Renewable energies are an essential element of our planet’s future. Our client, Eocycle, wanted to offer a solution for farms and small businesses wishing to contribute positively against climate changes. This wind turbine allows them to invest in their energy future by producing on the farm, green energy connected to the national grid. Our challenge was to consider the assembly and maintenance scenario’s for this type of product, to create a discreet design, while respecting the reliability and energy efficiency criteria of the product.

We learned even more about this unconventional product by observing the modus operandi of wind turbine specialists. Our priority was to integrate our design vision with the turbine's innovative external cooling system and to optimize the airflow that circulates through it and thus maintain good energy production.
The design had to form a whole that inspired performance, fluidity and respected this refined environmentally friendly product. To optimize the product, we studied, among other things, how maintenance technicians could access the internal components of the wind turbine to simplify their work in a safe manner.
